1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, submitting documents, or using any Verification service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law to use our services. By using Verification, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at support@verification.scheme.com.pk if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Use of Services
- You agree to use Verification services only for lawful, legitimate purposes aligned with our mission of secure identity verification.
- You must not misuse the platform — including but not limited to scraping, automated data extraction, reverse engineering, or attempting to circumvent security measures.
- Submission of forged, altered, or fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
5. Fees and Payments
Some verification services may incur fees, clearly disclosed prior to submission. All payments are processed securely via approved gateways. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, software, and design elements on https://verification.scheme.com.pk are the exclusive property of Verification Scheme Pakistan and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Verification provides services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verification Scheme Pakistan disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Revised terms will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: March 15, 2025.
